Philadel Royals Energy operates in the trading and distribution of petroleum products, commodities, and precious metals, working with partner companies and buyers across Ghana and the wider West African sub-region, including Mali, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, and Liberia.

Philadel Royals Energy Limited is authorized under a Memorandum of Agreement with Hilson Petroleum Ghana Limited to manage the storage and sale of petroleum products (AGO and PMS) via Hilson’s leased Bulk Import, Distribution, and Storage Companies (BDC) license on the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) ERDMS portal.

Philadel determines product sources, quantities, transfers, and sales instructions, which are approved and processed on the portal by Hilson.
